The study identifies blaOXA-23 as the primary carbapenem resistance determinant in Acinetobacter baumannii isolates, alongside aacA4, catB8, and aadA1 contributing to aminoglycoside and chloramphenicol resistance. The clonal complex CC92, particularly ST92 and ST75, was prevalent in carbapenem-non-susceptible isolates.
