Key genes included beta-lactamases (blaCTX-M, blaTEM, blaSHV), aminoglycoside modifying enzymes (aac(6')-Ib, aadA), tetracycline resistance (tet(A)), quinolone resistance (qnrS1), macrolide resistance (erm(B)), and efflux pumps (mexAB-OprM).
